Service Description

First we will discuss the presenting issue that you would like to work on. I will then guide you into a state of deep relaxation, in this state I will offer you empowering messages based on the internal change that you wish to happen. I will then count you back out of the hypnosis and ground you. Following this. we will review how you feel. I will then check in on you a few days following treatment to see how you are doing.
