What will happen in a hypnotherapy session?​

Discuss the presenting issue, sometimes you may not know what that is, that is

perfectly fine. We can find it together.

You will be guided to a very deep state of relaxation in which empowering messages will be spoken to your subconscious mind.

 Hypnosis can last between 10-20 minutes, when I feel you are ready to return,  I will count you out of hypnosis.

Feedback and reflections and I will make sure you are fully grounded before leaving the session.
